We service filters right across Sydney, the Central Coast, Wollongong and Canberra — including systems bought from someone else. One fixed price, agreed on the phone. We do not visit your home to find extra work.

Most servicing quotes are a sales call with a toolbox.
The usual pattern: a low advertised service price, then a technician who discovers your membrane is “on its way out”, your tap needs replacing and your pressure tank is due. We priced servicing so we do not have to do that.

What a service covers
The whole system checked, not just the cartridges swapped.
Cartridge replacement
Sediment, carbon and post-carbon stages replaced with the correct cartridges for your system.
Membrane and remineraliser check
Reverse osmosis membrane tested against TDS. Replaced only if it has actually dropped off — typically every few years, not annually.
Pressure, flow and leak test
Pressure tank charge checked, flow rate measured, every fitting and connection checked for weeping.
Sanitise and taste check
System flushed and sanitised, then we taste the water before we pack up. If it is not right, it is not finished.

Sydney, Central Coast, Wollongong, Canberra.
Installation is Sydney-wide from our base in Chester Hill. Servicing goes further — we run regular routes down the coast and out to Canberra, so ask about timing when you call.
